These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cross-border medical coordination and accompaniment services provided by Apexuscare ("we", "us").

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
Service Description
Apexuscare is a cross-border medical coordination and accompaniment service company, not a medical service provider. Our services include:
Medical coordination: Translation of medical records, scheduling with partner hospitals in China, arranging specialist consultations
Travel arrangements: Coordinating travel schedules, accommodation, airport pickup, and on-the-ground services
Escort support: Multilingual accompaniment, doctor-patient translation, and in-hospital coordination
Follow-up care: Post-treatment recovery advice, remote follow-up, and ongoing communication
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information: Provide truthful personal and medical information, without concealing any important history
Comply with treatment plans: Follow the doctor's guidance and do not arbitrarily discontinue treatment or change plans
Respect staff: Respect the work of doctors, nurses, translators, and Apexuscare staff
Pay on time: Pay service fees and medical fees on time according to the agreement
Comply with laws: Comply with Chinese laws and the laws of your home country
Medical Treatment Disclaimer
All medical treatments are performed by independent Chinese medical institutions and licensed medical professionals. These institutions and professionals are not employees, partners, or agents of Apexuscare.
Treatment decisions, medical opinions, diagnostic results, and clinical outcomes are entirely the responsibility of the treating medical institution and its professionals. Apexuscare acts only as a coordinator and assumes no responsibility for the appropriateness, accuracy, or outcome of any medical act.
Appointments and Fees
Fees related to our services are as follows:
Apexuscare charges coordination and accompaniment service fees. Medical treatment fees are paid directly to partner hospitals.
Service fees may be adjusted due to market conditions. Signed agreements are not affected by subsequent changes.
Service fee does not include: medical treatment fees, visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, or translation of complex legal documents.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your service for any reason, refunds are processed as follows:

| 7-14 days before departure | 25% | 25% refund of coordination service fee |

Note: Medical fees already paid to hospitals are subject to the hospital's own refund policy. Apexuscare will assist with communication but cannot guarantee refunds.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexuscare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of income, profit, or business opportunities
Failure to achieve specific treatment outcomes
Complications, side effects, or sequelae of medical treatment
Visa rejection or travel delays
Loss or damage to personal property during travel
The total liability of Apexuscare for any claim shall not exceed the service fee you have actually paid.
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all patients purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance before traveling to China, covering:
International medical treatment: Hospital and surgical costs in China
Medical emergency repatriation: Transportation costs for returning to home country
Trip cancellation and interruption: Losses from medical cancellations or interruptions
Post-operative complications: Treatment costs for complications after returning home
Accidental injury: Injuries occurring overseas
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, and software — is owned by Apexuscare or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any of this content. Reasonable quotation for personal or educational purposes must clearly indicate the source.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court in China.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you through the contact information you provided.
Continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
